Beef-icelli

Brown 1.5 lb hamburger with 1 medium chopped onion and 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper.
Once browned, add one whole tomato, chopped. (juice, skin and all)
1/2 t rosemary
1/2 t thyme
1 t hot sauce (El Ta patio)
dash of ground mustard
3/4 cup of vermicelli noodles (or broken angel hair)
Cover and simmer until noodles cook. Approx. 7 minutes.

*Served here on spinach leaves with my garden green beans and my homemade cream corn.
