Cappuccino Gelatin Ring

This ring is quite a treat and could be dressed up for a more formal dessert.3 cups strong, hot to boiling, coffee
3 pkgs Knox gelatin
3 T cold water
1/2 cup cane sugar
1 can condensed milk
1 t vanilla
1 cup mini marshmallows (opt)
Soak gelatin in the cold water until soft.
Add coffee and stir until dissolved.
Add other ingredients.
Pour into bundt pan and sprinkle marshmallows on top.
Chill for a couple of hours until set.
Place bundt pan in warm water for 1 to 2 minutes before serving, to loosen.
Turn out on to serving plate, slice, and serve!
