Soaked Almond White-Chip Cookies

I used a recipe in N.T. as my basic recipe, just changing some things and doubling others.

They turned out delightful!

1 cup plain yogurt
1 stick of butter, softened
3 cups of whole wheat flour
Mix allow to stand overnight.

Beat in:
1 3/4 cup cane sugar
2 t vanilla
1 cup chopped crispy almonds
1 heaping cup white chocolate chips

Drop by spoonfuls onto buttered baking pan.
Bake at 350 for approx 18 minutes.
