Peanut Butter Flax Bread

1 1/2 cups unbleached or all-purpose flour
1/2 cup ground flax
2 t baking powder
3/4 t sea salt
1/2 cup cane sugar
MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS

THEN BLEND IN:
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy or both)
1 egg
1 1/4 cup milk

Bake 350 approx. 45 to 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

Could bake as muffins!

*Served here with a dollop of homemade pear jelly. Yummy!
