(soaked) Orange-Cranberry Whole Wheat Muffins

These are so yummy and moist.
Soak overnight:
3 cups of whole wheat flour
2cups of plain yogurt
Blend in:
3/4 cup pure cane sugar
zest of one orange
1 cup chopped, fresh cranberries
2 eggs
2 T fresh orange juice
3/4 t salt
2.5 t baking powder
1 T gently melted coconut oil

Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
