Beefy Broth over Brown Rice


This dish is very close to one in the N.T. book and it's easy and frugal!
-2 lbs ground beef cooked with 2 chopped onions and 1 chopped bell pepper
-fresh ground black and green (if you like) peppercorns
Drain and stir in 4 cups of beef-bone-broth. Simmer for 30 minutes and serve over brown rice. Salt to taste.
The bone broth gives this such a great flavor! Rich!
*Served here with a small side salad and some sweet corn.
*You could thicken the broth with a little arrowroot or cornstarch if you like (added to cool water/liquid first of course).
