One of the best kitchen organizers that I have is my laptop!
I can make out my menu plans based on what's on hand, type it up on my blog so I can check it through the week; I can also make folders to keep new recipes and/or links to the recipes that I will be using during the week.
Then, the night before I can easily check to see what needs to be thawed and at meal times, I can click instead of digging through cabinets while fretting!
I also find it handy to keep a note up on the fresh fruits and veggies, so I don't let anything go bad. :-)
Finally, making sure to keep a place (that's dry and flour-free) where I can place the laptop on a moments notice, in the kitchen!

Mine is in the kitchen too and I love having access to my recipes, free recipe advice online. I even keep my control journal on it!

The workout videos I'm guessing you could buy at Wal-Mart. They are 2 miles walk workout. They also have them in 3 and 4 miles walking workouts. They are fun because they don't just have you walking, you do a series of walking exercises. It's fun for now.
