You know, quiche is realllly not a big deal. I mean, it sounds like a big deal because of it's fancy name, but it's not --- Really!
I beat up 6 eggs,
scooped a cup of light Bisquick in,
1/4 cup chopped green onions,
about 3/4 cup of milk,
about 2/3 cup shredded cheese,
and 1 lb cooked sausage
and poured it into a spayed 9x13 and baked it until it was lightly golden. (400degrees) (about $3 tops)
Then added the spinach salad (about $1.50) and my homemade free pears (free). Oh and a batch of muffins, and they couldn't be anymore than like .50 to .75!

You know I have never ever tryed Quiche..but now I think I will! We need something different on the menu! Thanks for the recipe!
I always thought it was so hard to fix!
They are so easy! And eggs make a frugal sub for your main dish!
