Another link...Artisan Bread

Tammy mentioned this site a couple of posts ago and while looking around, I found this neat idea for Artisan Bread. There's a video on there you can watch and there's also another one HERE that I think may be a little better.

This is a very simple recipe; 4 ingredients!
You mix them in a bucket, allow to rise and put it in the refrigerator until you want to use it.
You don't punch it down, you don't knead, its a wet dough that 'improves with time'. You often see these types of bread in Kroger and Walmart, near the bakery.

I've been having a bit of fun with it, trying to use some whole grains in it!
