Oatmeal Millet Fritters......




If you think that I'm going to tell you to fry your leftover oatmeal and millet to be frugal-- you are sooooooooo right! -Soaking that stuff takes way too much time to simply toss it out!

I took about 3 cups of leftover oatmeal and about 1.5 cups leftover millet, beat a couple of eggs in with a pinch of baking powder, and enough wheat flour (or white) to make it sticky enough to drop by spoonfuls into hot butter in the fry pan! :-)

Cover in a little syrup or fruit and you are sure to get smiles from your kiddies!
