(this one is from my little book that came with the Kitchen-aid)1 9 inch pie shell
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 T cocoa powder
1/2 cup melted butter
3 eggs
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 t vanilla
Mix ingredients in that order, pour into pie shell and bake approx. 55 minutes.
Easy and yummy!
And if you will notice, it separates into 3 layers which makes it really pretty!
