This is a yummy recipe based on one from More With Less.
Can be eaten for dessert or a main at breakfast.
2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup oats
1 t vanilla
-fruits of your choice, here's what I tossed in;
3/4 cup blueberries
2 sliced bananas
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried cherries
1 chopped apple with peel
1/3 cup chopped pecans
drizzle with a little honey and a dash of lemon juice, stir and serve.
(*Those who like to soak their grains may do so with this recipe!)
