I scrubbed and sliced these into wedges, coated the pan I baked them in with beef fat, and sprinkled the potato wedges with all-purpose seasoning, black pepper, and onion powder.
I baked them at 450 until they started to get soft and golden.
If you happen to see the fork in the top of the pic- its because the child whom this plate belonged to kept picking brussel sprouts from his plate in between a couple of snaps of his plate!
