Whole Wheat Pumpkin Pancakes...

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 t baking powder
2 T cane sugar
pinch of salt
3 eggs
3 T oil
3/4 cup pumpkin (this was what I had leftover, you can use a little more or less, adjust milk)
approx. 2 cups milk (enough to make a thin batter)
Mix all and stir well.
