3 cups of raw or crispy almonds
4 t olive oil
2 t minced garlic
3/4 t sea salt
Toss almonds with oil and minced garlic, place on baking sheet in single layer. Lightly sprinkle with salt. Roast in the oven at 250 for 20 minutes. Remove to paper towel to cool. Yummy snack!
