Easy Maple Dijon Chicken...


Quick+ frugal+ lowfat+ easy = this chicken!
-2lbs approx. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into strips (this is good on any chicken, and especially good grilled!)
-1/3 cup real maple syrup
-3 T Dijon (I use the kind with horseradish.)
-1/2 t ground sage
-1/2 t salt
Mix well, baste chicken. Bake at 375 for approx. 30 to 35 minutes, in lightly buttered dish.
*Tip*- this is AMAZING cooked out on the grill!
*Served here with leftover MainDishMacaroni, buttered asparagus, and fresh tomatoes.
