-2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
-1/2 to3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
-1/3 cup chopped green onions
-1, 16oz sour cream
-2 cups milk
-2 cups chicken broth
-1/2 t black pepper
-1 1/2 t salt
-1 12 oz pkg egg noodles
Boil noodles 10 minutes, drain.
Spread in 9x13, deep baking dish.
Top with shredded chicken.
Warm milk, broth, cream cheese in saucepan until cheese blends with milk.
Add salt, pepper, green onions, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese and stir well.
Pour over chicken and noodles and mix. Bake at 350 until bubbly. Stir occasionally to make sure all the noodles are kept moist.
*Served here with sliced cukes and fried okra and green tomatoes.
**This dish can be served 'light' by using lowfat or fatfree ingredients.
