French Coconut Pie 2...

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup plain flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t vanilla
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut

Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
