Buttered Tilapia:

Butter light-colored pan or baking dish. Place tilapia fillets on pan. Baste with melted butter. Sprinkle lightly with onion powder and salt. Sprinkle with chives or green onions. Bake at 425 for approx. 20 minutes and can be flaked with a fork.
Easy and fast!

BTW, this is Annie's mac and cheese and it's great! It has been running on sale at Krogers!
