We had leftover bacon from breakfast. Not just any bacon, mind you, but COUNTY bacon! Super salty and super flavored!(A rare thing- to have pork bacon AND leftovers!) I crumbled it up and chopped an onion very fine and kneaded them into the hamburger meat.
Once they were done, I topped them with cheese and wallah! Bacon Cheeseburgers!
(Why didn't I take a picture of the burger? They ate them too fast!)
Have you tried making your own buns? Here's my Buttermilk Whole Wheat Buns that are VERY good!
