Dusted Cocoa Cookies


4 T melted butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk (or regular)
1 egg
3 t baking powder (alum. free)
1/4 t salt
2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup cocoa

Blend ingredients in order. Roll out 1/4 inch thick on floured counter.
Cut into desired shapes. Pat the flour off. Place on ungreased baking
sheet. Bake approx. 9 minutes in 375 oven. Cool several minutes be-
fore dusting w/powdered sugar. They taste like chocolate pop-tarts!
