Impossible Pumpkin Pie

1 can evaporated milk
1 can pumpkin
2 1/2 t pumpkin spice
1/4 t cinnamon
1 t vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
3 T melted butter

Butter and flour deep round casserole dish. This makes a little more than a deep 9 inch pie dish so you will want to use something a little deeper. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat together 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour in prepared baking dish. Bake 50 minutes at 350. Allow to cool before slicing. This will make its own mock crust.

Do you think I could make this with my gluten free busquick mix? I think it's worth a try then it would e so easy to adapt to gluten free!
