These are the perfect quick cookie for the night you set up your Christmas tree!
We always have cookies with hot chocolate, hot herb tea, or milk the night we set up the tree.
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil, butter, or other fat
Mix well. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for approx. 10-12 minutes.
Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with 1 T butter. Mix well. Spoon into small sandwich baggie, twist top up, snip a tiny bit off of one corner, swirl on cooled cookies.
Top with Christmas sprinkles if you like!
