Talk About a Flop!

Can you tell what happened?

Yeah, the top half of this cake is still stuck in the pan!

No worries- the kids didn't seem to know any better (til I told them) and LOVED this!

Oh- what is it?

Supposed to be a Jam Cake. 

But my kids didn't mind it being Half a Jam Cake ;-)

Oh and - I might post a recipe one day- after I figure out how to make it myself!

We tried this recipe but...

We tried a Curried Chicken recipe but it seemed to lack something.

It looked good and everyone ate it, but I am going to have to work to tweak this one a bit.

Feel free to post me any tips, if any of you have a recipe for chicken curry!

**I do want to comment on the broccoli.

My children love it lightly steamed in broth or water with a dissolved chicken bouillon cube!
