1 pound ground beef
1 pound of ground turkey
1 can tomato soup
2 3/4 cup oats
1/4 cup ground flax (opt)
1/2 cup leftover refired beans (opt)
3 T Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs, beaten well
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 t basil
2 t garlic
salt and pepper
Baked at 400 for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 9 3/4 x 9 3/4 baking dish.
I'm not usually a big meat eater but I couldn't resist this one.
The last 15 minutes, I spread ketchup across and sprinkle with garlic powder.
*Served here with cabbage, oven potatoes, and seasoned green beans.
