Strawberry-Bagel Breakfast


My crew was shocked when they saw this- they thought they were having dessert for breakfast!
I cleaned and split 2 containers of strawberries.
I cooked them in 1 tablespoon of light butter, tossing them until coated.
Meanwhile, I whipped 1 (8oz) package of fat-free cream cheese with 2 teaspoons of vanilla.
To the strawberries I added: 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Cooked about 2 minutes.
Spread cream cheese over split whole wheat bagels, top with strawberries and sauce, and a bit of powdered sugar.
We had boiled eggs with these as well. Super yummy!
