Eating healthy foods have so many benefits. I am so thankful that God has provided many good foods for my home.
DH has recently made the choice to go back to more healthy eating patterns and his blood pressure has went back to normal!!!! Yah!!!
In just a few weeks too!!!!!!!
This week I am so grateful for that normal blood pressure reading!
Be encouraged other Mommies! If that can happen to a grown up, what can be done for our children by feeding them as well as possible while they are young?!?!?!

That is so encouraging that after just a few weeks of simply eating better...his blood pressure is already so much better!! Great job!! (To you, for feeding him so well, and to him for being willing to be fed so well!) :)

Oh, this IS good news. I'm on blood pressure medication, after two difficult pregnancies. I'm hoping that eating healthier will reduce mine as well, so I can live medication free. Thanks for sharing today!
