My kitchen tip for this Tuesday is my Meal Stretching Turkey Ham. You can buy these little hams made by Festive or Jennie-O at Wal-Mart for under $3. I can usually get 3 or 4 meals out of 1 little ham. I bring them home and chop them up. (Sometimes I also do slices for breakfast; to pan fry served with eggs and biscuits and fruit.)
I then divide them up into freezer bags and store them until I need them. I try to remember to lay them out the night before but if I forget, the bags can thaw quickly in water.
Below you will see some ideas for meals with Turkey Ham and a link to my recipe, just in case you see one that you'd like to try. :)
