Tuna Helper Scratch


1/2 pkg of noodles
2 cans tuna
1 pkg of frozen peas and carrots
1 can cream of chicken
1 can milk
3/4 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt pepper and onion powder to taste


I used vegetable pasta in the lower picture and egg noodles in the one above.

Oh I never thought of adding yoghurt in tuna casserole. Mine has been a little bland lately, that may be the thing I need to give it a little kick.

I made this last night for dinner and used sour cream instead of yogurt.Dh doesn't like tuna casseroles to much but this one he really liked.One more thing I changed was instead of peas and carrots I did 1/2 bag of frozen mixed veggies.I did add some french fried onions when I baked it too.It was the best I have made!I love you site and getting a lot of new recipe to add to my collection.
