I got this neat little idea from Sonshine's. (Sorry I couldn't find her exact link again...Sonshine if you see, please post the link:-)!)It's really good and really simple!
I just mixed some homemade yogurt with a bit of sweetener and vanilla, put a popsicle stick in the bananas, rolled them in yogurt, placed them on a lined (foil or wax paper) pan and froze. Big hit!
