A book you can view (or print) for free...

Have you ever heard of Gutenberg.org ?

There's tons of public domain literature there! Oh yes, books upon books....its like a smorgasbord for homeschoolers and parents, and even cooks!

But....its all FREE!
To view the book above, simply click on the book or HERE.
It's called Science in the Kitchen and it was published in 1893.
It was written by
MRS. E.E. KELLOGG, A.M.
Superintendent of the Sanitarium School of Cookery and of the Bay View Assembly School of Cookery, and Chairman of the World's Fair Committee on Food Supplies, for Michigan.
*She has recipes for fermented breads!
