My kids call this candy corn....

Cut corn from approx. 5 ears or so of leftover corn on the cob. Milk the cob!
Toss in the pan with 3 or 4 T butter and sorta stir fry until hot.
Add enough cream to cover along with 1/4 cup of sugar (cane sugar).
Heat, stirring almost constantly.
In a coffee cup, pour 1/3 cup of milk. (I'm never exact here) Beat in, with a fork, about 1 to 1 1/2 T cornstarch. When mixed well, add that to your corn and stir and continue to heat until thickened.
