Tilapia for Supper


Fish is my favorite summer time meat! It's light, tasty, and good for you!
It bakes up within 15 to 20 minutes or can be deep-fried in about 4 minutes.
That makes it a wonderful 'convenience food' for busy summer days.
Simply rinse the fish and place in a buttered pan and sprinkle your favorite seasoning on it for those busy days- and bake in 400 preheated oven until flaky.
*Served here with pan fried potatoes and onions along with steamed yellow squash.

I love tilapia!! There are so many ways to make this fish which is very popular and inexpensive here in Israel!
