Butterscotch Brownies....


1 stick of softened butter
2 T black strap molasses
1 1/4 c cane sugar
4 eggs
1 T vanilla
1 cup milk powder
1 t (aluminum free) baking powder
1/2 t sea salt
Fold in;
2 cups wheat germ (or 1 cup wheat germ and 1 cup wheat flour)
1 1/2 c chopped pecans
Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes until set and golden.
Yummy!
