Snacks: Healthy Rich Carrot Cake, apple-carrot juice from the juicer
MONDAY-
-oatmeal
-Main Dish Macaroni, Maple Glazed Carrots, steamed cabbage wedges
-Chicken-n-Noodles, brussel sprouts
Snacks: leftover Carrot Cake, juiced fruits-n-veggies, pickles
TUESDAY:
-kids choice
-Beef Stew
-Chicken Cantonese, veggies
Snacks: Cocoa Zucchini Muffins, popcorn
WEDNESDAY:
-millet
-Chicken Hollandaise, potato wedges, corn
-Meatballs in Onion Sauce over Pasta, slaw
Snacks:Apples and peanut butter yogurt dip, popcorn
THURSDAY:
-bug oats
-Tuna salad on homemade pita, slaw
-Poor Man's Steak, potatoes, green peas
Snacks: tea and tea biscuits, popcorn, pickles
FRIDAY:
-kids choice
-Hungarian Goolash
-Pan fried chicken chunks, oven potato fries, slaw
Snacks: Old Fashioned Lemon Meringue Pie, homemade cookies
