My family says that they could eat Mexican style food every night and honestly, it is my favorite "go-to" food when I'm in a pinch and need food fast! These were just my basic chicken fajita filling with lettuce, cheese, and creme fraiche- in tortillas. Yummy! And quick!

Do your stores carry creme fraiche there? I have never sen it outside of France and Switzerland.
