Homemade Pimiento Cheese-

1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 t garlic powder
1/8 t pepper (white if you have it)
1 4 oz jar diced pimientos, drained*

Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add in the remaining ingredients and beat just until blended.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

*You don't have to have pimientos- you could just make a "Tangy Cheese Spread"! :-)
