I still have some steaks in the freezer. I am going to throw them in the crockpot instead of the time consuming stir fry. Great menu, you are really embracing the NT style. I am trying some but to be honest they are a little time consuming and it does take a little getting used to. I tell myself baby steps is better than nothing.
Niki,
Have you seen my recipe for steak casserole? It's easy and a great way to use those 'cheap steaks' that we talked about.
About NT,
I went for weeks, very busy, and didn't have much time...many of the things in there, I was doing similar so it's not been a big deal...others do take some time. Some things are out of my budget, but I'm with you, baby steps! And every little bite counts!!! :-)
