It's almost time for my once-a-month-shopping-trip, so I'm trying to dig out from the freezers so things will be cleared out and ready to stock up again! So this week, we are eating freezer and pantry remnants!
SUNDAY: cereal and oatmeal**potato salad, leftover roast BBQ with toasted BBQ bread, Meringue Cookies from N.T.**leftover potato salad, beans with leftover ham from the freezer, corn
MONDAY:soaked oatmeal**leftover beans and cornbread, spinach, cocoa zucchini muffins(from freezer/garden)**turkey polish sausage with potatoes, peppers and onions, rice, jello w/strawberries
TUESDAY:coconut rice** baked penne,broccoli, pumpkin muffins (from freezer/garden)**steak casserole, whole grain cornmeal muffins
WEDNESDAY: soaked oatmeal** baked salmon fillets, potato wedges, green peas, cherry crisp **Ole Tom Turkey, mashed potatoes, peas
THURSDAY: soaked oatmeal, smoothies** Sherried Turkey, potatoes, speckled butter beans** Beans-n-taters
FRIDAY:soaked oatmeal** chili from leftover beans **chili and corn chips, jello
SATURDAY:kid's choice** shopping day so whatever I drag home is what we'll eat!
