TUESDAY:
- soaked oats
-soup and grilled cheese
-Tilapia, seasoned brown rice,
*snacks: homemade granola, sliced apples, banana pudding
WEDNESDAY:
-English Muffins with bacon,eggs, and cheese
-chicken, quinoa, sweet potatoes
-Steak Casserole
*snacks: salsa and chips, coconut chocolate chip muffins, celery sticks with dip
THURSDAY:
-soaked millet
-Enchilada Bake
-Picnic ham, potato salad, green peas, Whole Wheat Rolls
*snacks: Blueberry-Cherry Slushes, homemade ice cream
FRIDAY:
-soaked 'bug' oats
- Veggie Soup, Sloppy Joe Cups
-chicken fajitas on homemade flatbread, leftover frozen ice cream
*snacks: raw cheese slices and whole grain crackers, pretzels, applesauce
SATURDAY:
-leftover bug oats
-turkey patties, potato wedges, sweet carrots
-beans, corn, cornbread, onions, greens potatoes
*snacks:(N.T.) Almond Cookies, surprise muffins, boiled eggs

Mmmm, can I come eat at your house this week? Your Steak Casserole, Enchilada Bake, and Sloppy Joe Cups sounds and look delicious. I make something similar to the Sloppy Joe Cups. You can use lots of different fillings...my kids' favorites include their favorite pizza fillings and pizza sauce.
