MENU PLAN MONDAY...


This Menu Plan Monday is loaded with lots of chicken for us! I was able to get a great deal so I've got lots of new recipes that, if all goes well, I will be sharing in the week.

You will also notice "Boagies" on the menu often. Boagies are the word that my children gave pickles when they were little. This weekend, I canned 35 quarts and 14 pints of Boagies, just for them.

SUNDAY-
- kids choice (leftover waffles or cereal and milk)
-Breakfast Burritos (turkey bacon, onions, bell peppers, eggs, cheese, jalapenos), taters, cookies
-Salmon Loaf, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, Cottage Cheese Dill Bread
SNACKS:Pops from homemade pear juice, Homemade pickles, Whole Wheat Choc. Chip Muffins

MONDAY-
-homemade whole wheat waffles, fruit syrup
-Baked Chicken tenders, fries, leftover Cottage Cheese Dill Bread, fried apples
-Green and Red Chicken Enchiladas, salsa and blue chips, leftover muffins
SNACKS: Rich Peanut Butter Bars, apples, grapes

TUESDAY-
- oatmeal topped with blueberries
-Chicken with Leeks, Veggie Slaw, Seasoned Brown Rice
-Modern Chopped Steak, mashed potatoes, green peas
SNACKS: Lemon Bars, carrots and dip, apples

WEDNESDAY-
-kids choice
-Chicken Pasta Ricotta, salad, bread sticks
-Rachel Ray's Outside In Turkey Bacon Cheeseburgers on homemade buns, salad
SNACKS: Beck's Chocolate Chip Muffins, popcorn, Boagies= pickles

THURSDAY-
- Apple-cinnamon Oatmeal
- Turkey and Tomato Sandwiches on homemade buns, apple slices
-Enchilada Baked Chicken Breasts, refried beans, spanish rice
SNACKS:Boagies=pickles, boiled eggs, bananas

FRIDAY-
-kids choice
-Spaghetti and Meatballs
-Chicken Paillard, green beans, maple carrots
SNACKS:carrots and dip, yogurt, apples

SATURDAY-
-whole wheat waffles
- Chicken DeVan, gingered carrots, Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls
-Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green peas
SNACKS: Oatmeal No-bake Cookies, popcorn
