Saturday:
-oatmeal with bananas and blueberries
-leftover Chicken and Dumplings, mini corn on the cob, green peas
-Lasagna, French Bread, Banana Pudding
snacks:sliced apples and cream cheese-n-honey dip
Sunday:
-French Toast
-leftover Lasagna, French Bread, Banana Pudding
-Bacon, Eggs, Sugared Beets, Biscuits, Gravy, Jello Fruit Salad, Fresh Lemon Balm Tea
snacks:Jello Fruit Salad
Monday:
-Fried Eggs, Biscuits, Jelly
-Butternut Squash Soup,(with kefir cultured cream) leftover French Bread
-Chinese Lemon Chicken, Stir-fried Vegetables, Rice, cucumber salad
snacks:Extra Chunky Peanut Butter Cookies
Tuesday:
-Banana Nut Oatmeal
-Corn Chowder, Spelt Rolls, Watermelon Jelly
-Sweet and Sour Chicken, rice, sauteed kale greens, steamed cauliflower
snacks:Poppy Seed Muffins, celery sticks w/ dip
Wednesday:
-Masa Porridge
-Mexican Pasta and Kale Soup, Cornbread
-Tapatio Chicken Thighs, saucy pinto beans (from the freezer), rice, sliced tomatoes
snacks:Kefir Vanilla Muffins, celery sticks w/ cream cheese
Thursday:
-French Toast (from the freezer), turkey bacon
-Lemon Pepper Salmon, seasoned rice, slaw, Amish Bread, jelly
-Sausage Pilau, swiss chard,Rye Rolls
snacks:Granola Bars,salsa and chips
Friday:
-Chocolate Oatmeal
-Main Dish Macaroni and Cheese, swiss chard, leftover slaw, Spelt Rolls, jelly
-BBQ chicken legs, leftover mac, leftover slaw, Rolls, jelly
snacks:leftover granola bars, bread and jelly
