WHEW! Freezer's stocked, pantry/closet is stocked, fridge is stuffed, and I'm ready for a month of meals!
This week's plan:
SUNDAY:real blueberry pastries
Beefy Hash, sliced tomatoes, broccoli, gingered carrots, cantaloupe
Tilapia, shrimp, hushpuppies, greens from the garden, strawberries
MONDAY: whole grain waffles
whole wheat spaghetti, cantaloupe
Steak Casserole, okra, strawberries
TUESDAY: millet (2step)
Shredded chicken sandwiches on homemade buns, fresh veggies and dip
pinto beans, corn, cornbread, fresh veggies from the garden
WEDNESDAY: Coconut Rice
Chili, apples
Baked Turkey Breast, green peas, potatoes, cranberry sauce
THURSDAY: eggs, cheese, sausage
Red Beans and Rice, mango-peach smoothie
FRIDAY: 2 step oatmeal
Sloppy Joes on Homemade whole wheat buns, fresh garden salad, sliced pineapple
Cheesy Beef Hash, beans, corn

Looks good Donna. I actually bought some fish fillets and will be going to your archives to figure out what to do with them. We normally don't eat fish so this is a stretch.

Sounds like a good week. I am trying the monthly menu as well but I shop once a week still. I do not have enough freezer room for more than that.
