What we'll eat, this week!

SATURDAY:

--kids choice
--Honey-baked Chicken, brown rice, sauteed yellow squash, aduki beans, leftover soaked carob cake with cream cheese frosting
--Bean tostadas, blue chips and guacamole- handful of chocolate chips and a spoon of peanut butter (because they thought they HAD to have something sweet)
**snacks: Whole Wheat Bread with honey and butter

SUNDAY:

--Bug Oats
--Tuna Salad on Pita Bread with lettuce, pineapple, chocolate muffins (made from leftover breakfast grains)
--Fettuccine, Chicken, green beans, scratch brownies
**snacks: bananas, pretzel sticks, graham crackers, kiwi

MONDAY:

--millet
--Zucchini Bites, Cup-o-bone-broth Soup with veggies, leftover brownies and cantaloupe
--BBQ Chicken Legs, lima beans, tomato salad, rolls or breadsticks
**snacks: buttered popcorn, apple slices
***note to self: self soak beans!

TUESDAY:

--kids choice
--beans, potato wedges, corn and cornbread, fried bananas
--Chili, fruit salad
**snacks: homemade ice cream, salsa and chips

WEDNESDAY:

--soaked oats
--turkey patties, potato wedges, mixed veggies, leftover ice cream cups
--Five-ways(pasta, spaghetti sauce,chili,cheese, onions), cake
**snacks: Cherry-blueberry slushies, bananas and popcorn

THURSDAY:

--kids choice
--Crockpot Pizza, steamed broccoli, corn
--Chicken Fillets on Homemade Buttermilk Buns, slaw
FRIDAY:

--Almond Coconut Granola with milk
--Breaded Fish, brown rice, green beans, corn salad
--Honey-baked Chicken Thighs, mashed potatoes, green peas, Choco-cherry Muffins
