- Meatza Pie, Swiss Chard, mixed veggies, Chocolate Cheesecake Balls
snacks: nuts and dried apricots
MONDAY:
- Masa Porridge
- Beef, Barley, and Mushroom Soup, Rustic (Refrigerator) Spelt Rolls, Homemade Jelly
- Chipotle Tilapia, garden salad, seasoned rice
snacks: nuts and dried fruit, homemade popsicles
TUESDAY:
- Vanilla Polenta
- Mexican Pasta and Kale Soup, cornbread, canned pineapple
- Tangy Baked Whiting, potato wedges, turnip greens, Spelt Rolls, homemade jelly
snacks: Kefir Smoothies,Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies
WEDNESDAY:
- Chocolate Oatmeal
- O'Brion's Irish Dish, garden salad, lima beans
- Tarragon Turkey Loaf w/ mushroom gravy, brussel sprouts, garden salad
snacks: homemade popsicles, Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
THURSDAY:
- Lemon-Poppy Seed Oatmeal
- White Bean and Turkey Bacon Soup, Spelt Rolls, fruit sauce
- Ground Beef Fajitas on Flatbread, leftover bread with honey
snacks: buttered popcorn, celery sticks
FRIDAY:
- 8 Grain Porridge
- Tapatio Chicken Legs, potato wedges, beet greens from the garden
- Homemade Pizza, Chocolate Pudding
snacks:Pudding Pops, dried fruit
