yummy week planned! Thanks for linking all those recipes! :)
Thanks for stopping by! As for the cube steak cooking, I just pan-fried it with some seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. And once the meat juices were in the pan I put in a few drops of hot sauce and worchestershire sauce. :) I have a couple who don't eat cube steak so they got "tube steaks"(beef hot dogs), so doing a family pack(6 ct) of cube steaks is a enough for my family.
Thanks Sonshine!!!!
It looks so incredible. Really, I have yet to soak my grains. I don't know why I am so intimidated. You have several things that I want to try. Question for you - how long does homemade yogurt last? I make new every week pretty much and use up whatever was left last week in a recipe, but I just wondered.
gretchen,
Mine usually isn't in there anymore than 1 to 2 weeks at the most.
I do understand about soaking the grains....if I can just preplan, I'm okay, but if I'm winging it...I don't get it done. These Menu Plan Mondays really help me and I can download a menu planner from Laura's (Heavenly Homemakers) and print it out and make notes about my 'pre-plans'. It really helps me, otherwise they don't get soaked.;-)
