-eggs and milk
-Tomato Basil Soup, crackers, leftover vanilla pudding
-Taco Casserole, green salad, refried beans
snacks: Easy Spelt Cinnamon Rolls, homemade bread with homemade grape jelly

-Soft Tacos, Creamy Cinnamon Pudding
-Crockpot Lasagna, Twisted Garlic Bread Sticks
snacks: boiled eggs and mustard, grapes, sunflower seeds

-blueberry smoothies and scrambled eggs
-Hoppin' John, Crusty White Bread, homemade dandelion jelly
- meat patties, garden greens, sliced tomatoes, brown rice
snacks: frozen smoothie pops from leftovers, 10 Grain Sweet Muffins
