Menu: April 14, 2012

Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!

My frugal tip of the week: We have some fun activities coming up this week and to keep them frugal, I'm planning in advance. We'll be packing dinner those evenings and taking it with us. I'll make chicken salad, homemade bread, and homemade pimiento cheese in advance. This way, our expenses will only be gas!

-Chocolate Oatmeal
-leftover Homemade Pizza
-Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, spinach salad
snacks: Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies, Beignets
-Peanut Butter Granola and milk
-Bean Burritos (with saucy black beans), chips and salsa, leftover cookies
-Teriyaki Tilapia, Veggie Spring Rolls
snacks:apples, Homemade Brownies
-Butter, Honey-n-Nut Oatmeal
-Creamy Chicken and Noodles, sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli 
-Taco Casserole, leftover saucy black beans,chips and salsa
snacks: homemade popsicles, Kefir smoothies
-Baked Eggs in Toast Cups, applesauce
-Split Pea Soup (with leftover ham from the freezer)
-Rosemary Pork Loin, baked potatoes, speckled butter beans
snacks:Bubble Yum Berry Smoothies, Chili-Cheese Popcorn
-Nutty Maple Granola and milk
-Creamy Chicken Enchiladas, corn, beans
-Quesidilla Beef Bake, romaine salad, beans
snacks:Extra Chunky Peanut Butter Cookies, coconut milk
-Coconut-Pecan Pancakes
-Crispy Chicken Livers, Potato Wedges, jalapenos, hot sauce
-Cranberry Chicken Salad Wraps, carrot and celery sticks w/dip, Giant Peanut Butter Spelt Cookies
