WEDNESDAY:
Chili fruit
Meatloaf patties, bread sticks, greens from the garden
THURSDAY:
Blackberry-strawberry smoothie, bulgur
Tarragon Turkey Loaf, green peas, okra, peaches
FRIDAY:
2step Oatmeal
Tuna noodle Helper mixed veggies, speckled butter beans
Turkey-Beef meatballs or tilapia, okra, cabbage
SNACKS:
homemade beef jerky, fresh pumpkin-pumpkin pie, Citrus Zest Cookies, Granola, grapes, popcorn, carrots, raisins, Raw cheese and wheat cracker, crunchy almonds, fresh fruit smoothies
If anyone's interested, I put together a post from Weston Price on Natural PMS. Lots of good info and suggestions. I thought only sugar and chocolate could help! :-)
