Monday Menu

SUNDAY:kids choice, yippee

Tamale Pie, cuke tomato salad

Veggies and fruit from a friend @church along with lard and butter biscuits and turkey ham


MONDAY: leftover biscuits and fig jelly, bananas, clementines

Turkey-ham-a-bet soup, strawberry-mango slushies

Beans, creamy corn, garden veggies


TUESDAY: Coconut Rice

Lamb-broth stew, bread-rolls, pops

Tomato-cheese pizza, spinach salad, sliced cukes



WEDNESDAY: Soaked Oatmeal

Shredded Chicken Sandwiches on homemade buns, cauliflower

Salmon Loaf, cabbage wedges, green beans


THURSDAY: Whole Wheat Mush

Broiled (yellow) tomato-cheese sandwiches on homemade buns, cottage cheese

and fresh peaches

Chicken and dressing casserole, potatoes, peas and carrots


FRIDAY: Soaked Oatmeal


Spaghetti Squash, green beans, tilapia


Beef and brown rice, yellow squash, okra


*Snacks: grapes, apples, bananas, clementines, raisins, nuts, celery, carrots, nut butters, smoothies, Laura's Breakfast Cookies, pickles, pretzels, and we will also be having wheat crackers with various raw-deli cheeses with cranberry juice

Your bread and bun recipe looks great. I am going to try it out. Just one question when you have wheat flour is that whole wheat flour or other flours (multigrain?)

Katie,
I use whole wheat flour. I grind it fresh myself.

You can also soak the wheat flour overnight in the buttermilk if you would like with that recipe.
